We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager (Cloud/Data Migrations/EDW) to join our team!

The candidate needs to have extensive experience in the following areas:

• 10+ years as a Project Manager managing risks inherent in leading complex projects
• 5+ years leading multiple technical teams that may be geographically distributed
• Technical familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise data warehouse concepts, data integration pipelines, and reporting

Project Knowledge

• Previous experience in EDW, Data Warehouse Migration, or Data Integration projects
• Knowledge of cloud and related cloud solutions

Responsibilities:

• Provide project and program management skills to various projects
• Facilitate meetings with key staff from clients to gather requirements
• Prepare detailed project plans by project phases
• Manage tasks of the entire team (vendors, client, staff) to ensure milestones are met
• Track and monitor the budget and consumption based on estimates
• Follow escalation procedures for project health issues related to risks, issues, and budget
• Prepare weekly status reports on tasks, issues, risks, and milestones
• Identify, track, and manage issues and risks, escalating as needed
• Facilitate regular status meetings with team and clients
• Ensure teams have access to technical clarifications during meetings
• Facilitate operational efficiencies and remove impediments for the team
• Implement processes, practices, and tools for flexible delivery methodologies
• Recommend improvements and drive alignment across IT teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
• Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals
• Knowledge of agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, etc.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work for timely delivery
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
• Experience in sprint planning and agile practices
• Knowledge of metrics, backlog tracking, velocity, and user stories

• Experience conducting C-Level presentations and consulting

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• External client service, consulting, or contracting experience
• PMP, CSM certifications, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
