AllCare Health seeks an experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead PMO initiatives in Grants Pass. You'll manage projects across waterfall and agile methods, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report progress to senior leadership. A healthcare background and PMP are highly valued.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible for the PMO department through supervision, planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will perform the following duties. Using industry-standard practices and principles from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). The work will regularly interface Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean teams.
This position does not have any on-call responsibilities.
This position does not currently directly supervise employees.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e‑mail and use scheduling software.
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to work with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to work with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
