At Tinder, Trust & Safety is foundational to what we do. As a Senior TPM, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, as well as cross‑functional stakeholders from Ops, Policy, and Legal to build and scale the infrastructure that keeps Tinder a safe place, protecting our members from bad actors, harassment, and fraud.
We are looking for a candidate who can synthesize fragmented threads and tasks, organize unstructured, ad‑hoc work, and respond to rapidly changing priorities. The ideal candidate will evaluate what’s working well from an execution standpoint and build on it, closing operational gaps and removing friction, while keeping all plates effortlessly spinning in the air.
This is a hybrid role and requires in‑office collaboration three days per week. The position is located in Los Angeles, CA, though we also have offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto.
Salary: $160,000 – $175,000 per year.
