The devices delivery org is looking for a seasoned Sr. Technical Program Manager to help our multi-site hardware/software development teams deliver complex Ring/Blink Home Security products for our customers. You will spearhead end-to-end HW/SW product development leveraging AI.
Working closely with our global teams, you will plan and coordinate the execution of complex business needs while simultaneously keeping your team focused on meeting their commitments.
You will engage with highly experienced cross-disciplinary staff to transform concepts into products.
Technical Program Managers must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities, defining processes that improve execution, championing engineering best practices, executing with agility, and succeeding in a complex and fast-paced environment.
You will have true ownership of the product, presenting a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on Ring products and features.

Key job responsibilities
Own end to end product development from concept all the way to launch.
Ability to drive development via strategic AI integration, AI-powered automation.
Collaborate closely with Business and Engineering to properly understand the business case and technical constraints.
Work with remote and multi-site teams to deliver related system software components while managing the timelines to match hardware development and launch requirements
Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with C-suite on status, risks, and change control
Where needed, improve processes for completeness and better efficiency
Dive deep into the software/hardware technical details of a product and its respective feature KPI
Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment
A day in the life
Solving unique development problems with the team while maintaining the timelines to meet business goals.
Leverage AI tool to drive efficiencies.
About The Team

Product devices delivery organization is responsible for end to end Ring/Blink device development from concept to EOL.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
