Lead Amazon's next-generation supply chain technology transformation! Join us in reimagining the technology architecture that powers Amazon's global technology asset management, serving over 5,000 locations worldwide. As a Technical Program Manager III, you'll drive the modernization of our Digital Supply Chain System to deliver predictable, on-time technology equipment across Amazon's extensive worldwide operations.

You'll own large-scale, complex technology initiatives that are transforming how we manage $4B worth of technology assets. Working with multiple engineering teams across organizations, you'll lead the implementation of technology solutions leveraging AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics to revolutionize our supply chain operations.

Key job responsibilities

1. Drive the execution of major technology transformation initiatives including Automated Demand Program Management, Process Automation Agents, and Systems Integration Services
2. Partner with engineering teams to design and implement microservices architecture using Domain-Driven Design principles
3. Lead integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and AWS SupplyChain
4. Manage complex cross-functional programs to improve On-Time Delivery of technology assets
5. Define technical requirements and roadmaps for modernizing our supply chain systems
6. Build consensus across multiple stakeholders including engineering teams, business units, and leadership
7. Drive architectural decisions that balance technical excellence with business outcomes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong technical background with understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud architecture
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience with supply chain systems and operations
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development
- Track record of delivering complex technical programs with measurable business impact
- Experience with AI/ML implementations in enterprise systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
