Lead Amazon's next-generation supply chain technology transformation! Join us in reimagining the technology architecture that powers Amazon's global technology asset management, serving over 5,000 locations worldwide. As a Technical Program Manager III, you'll drive the modernization of our Digital Supply Chain System to deliver predictable, on-time technology equipment across Amazon's extensive worldwide operations.
You'll own large-scale, complex technology initiatives that are transforming how we manage $4B worth of technology assets. Working with multiple engineering teams across organizations, you'll lead the implementation of technology solutions leveraging AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics to revolutionize our supply chain operations.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong technical background with understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud architecture
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience with supply chain systems and operations
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development
- Track record of delivering complex technical programs with measurable business impact
- Experience with AI/ML implementations in enterprise systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
