Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Kuiper Productivity Engineering (KPE) is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to join our team. This role will be focused on the SAP Infrastructure for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This includes day-to-day management of deliverables, dependencies and schedule, as well as driving complex projects through incremental phases. You will collaborate with Kuiper's leadership team at all levels to establish processes that track our goals, objectives, milestones, progress and risks, and drive organizational alignment on trade-offs and priorities. You will own implementation across the team's projects and services, as well as iterative feature delivery.
This is an on-site role that requires employees to work from the company's office 5 days per week. Remote work is not an option for this position.
A day in the life: In this role, you will own implementation across major deliverables for SAP Infrastructure. You will work with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and collaborate with engineers to translate those into project plans. You will balance sprints across new projects, existing services, and operations. This role requires working closely with Kuiper's Enterprise Applications team as both partner and "first and best customer" to continuously improve the SAP service.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
