Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of our most complex, large-scale AI data centre build programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with 10+ years of experience who excels at navigating high-growth ambiguity, managing multi-layered stakeholder relationships, and translating complex technical infrastructure requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes. This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require expert-level organisational change management, executive-ready communication, and the ability to maintain program-level visibility across global workstreams. This is your opportunity to join our fast-growing team and leave your mark on Vultr and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Accountability: Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data centre builds, overseeing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • High-Stakes Facilitation: Lead and facilitate critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and resolution in high-pressure environments.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central hub for communication between internal teams, external vendors, and global partners, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
  • Program Visibility: Maintain the "source of truth" for program health by ensuring all schedules, dependencies, and risks are accurately reflected in program management tools.
  • Executive Communication: Distill high-density technical jargon and infrastructure updates into concise, executive-level summaries and dashboards for business leadership.
  • Ambiguity Navigation: Lead through uncertainty by establishing structure where it doesn’t exist, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and driving cross-functional resolution.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organisation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans; specifically in building and managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules.
  • Exceptional Communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences.
  • Deep experience in Organisational Change Management: Ability to drive process adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots.
  • Technical Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data centre deployments and the critical path items required for infrastructure rollouts.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, "multi-vendor" builds where you were accountable for the entire program lifecycle.
Compensation
