Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end customer terminal release, shaping scope, schedules and deliverables to deploy software on millions of devices.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead customer terminal release program to build, test, and deploy software to millions of customer devices. In this role, you will drive customer terminal software release from planning through execution, including: define the release scope, qualification schedules and dependencies, software deliverables, test coverage auditing, test readiness reviews, test bed support, and venue logistics coordination. You will influence feature delivery schedule, qualification criteria, and test design across multiple teams in the release path, while managing work streams across internal and external teams, proactively addressing risks to the critical path, removing roadblocks through stakeholder coordination and escalation, and tracking actions to closure. You will also be responsible for streamlining the process, and building mechanisms to improve each step in the process.
This is an individual contributor role with broad organizational influence. Your technical domain knowledge, program management fundamentals, and trusted partnerships will enable you to drive organizational alignment and help teams deliver faster with higher quality.
This position requires direct technical experience developing and software release relevant experience. You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, streamline the process and build mechanisms to improve process efficiency and transparency.
