The Amazon Business (AB) Pricing team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help own and drive foundational areas of our program. This is a role that will challenge you to dive deep, find innovative solutions and drive consensus across stakeholders. Amazon Business launched in 2015 with a vision to give businesses a simple, personalized and transparent online B2B experience. An extension of this vision was to simplify the integration for businesses connecting their e-procurement systems to Amazon Business, while giving them access to a broader selection of products and sellers.
In this role, you will own and drive evolution of key pricing programs and their foundations, including Business Discounts, Core Pricing Publishing, Vendor and Seller pricing tools. You will create mechanisms to track project execution and health in this space. You will also help run-down and remediate operational concerns that may exist in these areas. A successful candidate is a leader able to thrive in ambiguity, and able to solve hard, complex technical problems. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively align leaders across AB and Amazon on our status and strategy. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
