Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager, AI & Analytics to shape the strategy and roadmap for a data and insights platform supporting modernization across pharmacy systems. You will partner with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed AI-enabled capabilities enhancing customer outcomes and operational performance.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $116,200 – $193,600 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, and analytics.
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise software products.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems is a plus.
