JOB TITLE: Sr. Technical Product Manager

LOCATION: 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344

DUTIES: Drive delivery of the product ecosystem roadmap to enhance products and features that improve the customer’s overall experience, focusing on improving quality of care delivery. Represent the voice of the customer while collaborating with the broader technology team in prioritizing efforts. Own specific deliverables to take the product from ideation through implementation and governance approvals. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure buy-in of priorities and maximize overall value of the product. Define and communicate customer personas, journey maps, and respective business and product needs. Define High Level Requirements across a matrixed organization. Utilize influencing skills to build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with internal and external strategic partners. Perform analysis on user needs, marketing insights, competitive intelligence, business needs, and trends in the provider market to inform decision-making and product strategy. Drive third-party product evaluation to inform decision-making and product strategy. Manage, support, and grow the product ecosystem in partnership with the broader product management team. Ensure solutions are delivered according to plan, including identifying and resolving risks and issues. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a technical product-related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:

• User Stories
• JIRA, Aha, Rally or GitHub
• DevOps
• Support integration testing / automation practices
• Java or JavaScript
• UI/UX Enhancements

RATE OF PAY: $150,093.00 - $168,408.00/year
