Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Product Analyst with a strong background in Discovery, Preclinical and Translational Medicine (DPTM) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, domain knowledge, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering: Collaborate with DPTM users and gather requirements and use cases. Understand the SDLC process and deliver key deliverables required post business analysis based on organization standards.
  • Data analysis: Conduct thorough data analyses of data from systems like LIMS, lab instruments, Signals, robotic arm and orchestrator. Have thorough knowledge of DPTM domain to support workstreams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with other teams to gather requirements and analyse them for development team.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of analytical methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Stakeholder communication: Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product strategies and operational improvements.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all analyses and reporting practices adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of DPTM processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, or Python). Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Proficiency in cloud technology (e.g., AWS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
