What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and operate a comprehensive identity and access management program addressing key control needs
- Manage end-user and system accounts, user access groups, roles, and entitlements using applicable tools
- Define processes for onboarding new vendors and technology products to ensure compliance with IAM policies
- Collaborate with senior business and IT members to enhance IAM processes as part of the information security program
- Provide regular reporting and metrics on the status of IAM processes and liaise with internal audit and regulatory examiners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of equivalent transferrable job-related experience in IT, Info Sec, Business Analysis, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Identity and Access Lifecycle Management Operations and Controls
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting MS Active Directory Domain Services, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies
- Professional security management certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of operations experience specifically with CyberArk PAM
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
- 1 year of experience in scripting (PowerShell, JSON, Python, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of information security policies and industry-leading practices
