Job summary

Future Technologies Inc. in King George, Virginia is looking for a Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor to develop and update training curricula. Responsibilities include creating Job Duty Task Analyses and Tactical scenarios, along with providing SME support for SSDS/Aegis courses.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, possess 10 years of professional experience, or 6 years with a Master’s degree, and have an active Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience or 6 years with a related Master's degree.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Familiarization with TAO and AAWC Senior Warfare coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop JDTA and Front End Analysis.
• Create Simulation and Tactical scenarios.

Job description

The Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor will provide support by developing and updating the training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Development of Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) and Front End Analysis (FEA).
• Development of Simulation and Tactical and Operational scenarios.
• SME/Instructor support and training execution for the SSDS/Aegis courses as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
• Familiarization with SSDS program and mission for SSDS position.
• Familiarization with Aegis Weapon System for the Aegis position.
• Familiarization with one or more of the following: TAO, AAWC Senior Warfare coordination, Combat System Operations and Communication.
• Active Secret security clearance.
