What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
- Support engagement efforts, including process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops
- Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
- Develop required integration components and enhance UI and mobile components using the ServiceNow framework
- Provide training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay operations
- Preferably 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow with relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of leading Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay related systems and tools
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to influence and consult within Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay organizations
- Strong programming skills with experience in designing & building scalable web services
- Proficiency in web technologies like XML, REST, and JSON
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Demonstrated team player and team builder
