Amazon.com Services LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Technical Business Developer to own end-to-end capital equipment sourcing, lead complex negotiations, and drive supplier performance across high-value automation systems and tooling.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement timelines with site milestones, develop scalable sourcing frameworks, and mentor buyers while shaping strategy for long-lead components.
As a Senior Technical Business Developer, you will serve as a key individual contributor and subject matter expert for capital equipment sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management. You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle - from supplier identification and RFQ execution through contract award and delivery - for high-value equipment, automation systems, tooling, and more. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will be a technical procurement authority for the organization. You will partner closely with partner teams across the organization to ensure material readiness and targets are met. You will help establish standards for how procurement operates and contribute to the development of sourcing managers and buyers through thought leadership and process design.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
