Responsibilities
  • Serve as a departmental and company authority resource for all aspects of cardiology reporting
  • Participate in implementation and post go-live support project team activities
  • Consult with customers regarding clinical workflows and Synapse Cardiology applications
  • Configure and validate clinical measurement/data import/export interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and quality management standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare, computer science, or a relevant field (desired but not required)
  • 2+ years of experience with PACS systems and configurations
  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to the medical field, particularly cardiology, is a plus
  • Experience in a related discipline is advantageous
  • Self-directed with excellent management skills
  • Inquisitive and creative with strong decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
