We’re partnering with a high-performing family office looking to add a Sr. Tax Structuring Counsel. The role will have also have meaningful exposure to investment legal work and broader family office matters.

• Tax-heavy mandate – focus on structuring across a multi-strategy investment program (including cross-border / non-U.S. investor considerations)
• High-impact, judgment-driven role – more about advising and structuring than pure deal
• Lean, sophisticated environment – small team with direct exposure to senior decision-makers volume
