The Global Specialty Recruiting Team (GSR) recruits for Amazon's most senior technical and leadership roles.
This role is critical to building our research capability across multiple locations and partnering with business teams to design recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill, business-critical roles. You will act as a talent advisor, partnering with GSR Recruiters, Human Resources, Finance, and business customers to drive strategy, goals, processes, and metrics.
You operate effectively in ambiguity, are highly analytical, and can independently set up frameworks to understand talent markets. You have experience providing information that yields measurable results. You can work independently to research, analyze data, and create geo-talent solutions to determine the best locations to grow our businesses – whether competing in hyper-competitive markets or identifying opportunity sites to access niche skillsets. You are curious, driven, and solution-oriented, with an understanding of global talent flows to support future business growth.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
