Job Summary

The Sr. Talent Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to Sales & Marketing leaders, focusing on talent acquisition, development, retention, and workforce planning. This role ensures alignment of talent strategies with business goals and fosters a culture of growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform decisions.
  • Develop initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Forecast workforce needs and plan accordingly.
  • Support performance management processes and promote employee engagement.
  • Guide on talent development, retention, and employee relations.
  • Monitor talent metrics and utilize data insights.
  • Act as a change agent during organizational transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8+ years in HR, with experience in HR business partnering or talent management.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong strategic, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with HR tech and analytics tools.
  • Relevant HR certifications preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000. Includes health insurance, 401k, bonus, and other benefits.
