SALES JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and partner to Sales & Marketing business leaders, providing expertise on talent acquisition, development, retention, and workforce planning. This role bridges the gap between Talent strategy and business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and culture. This role partners with senior leaders to develop and implement programs that attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent while fostering a culture that supports organizational growth and innovation.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent and Workforce Planning: Partner with Sales & Marketing business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop long-term strategies for headcount, skills, and capabilities.
Performance Management: Lead efforts to support performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Talent Development and Retention: Collaborate with learning and development teams to assess skill gaps and build career development plans.
Talent Operations and Employee Relations: Provide guidance on Talent policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Talent Metrics & Analytics: Monitor key workforce metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, and development program effectiveness
Change Management: Act as a change agent, guiding teams through organizational transitions and cultural shifts.
Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments to promote engagement strategies and talent development.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
