An established industry player is seeking a dedicated recruiter to enhance its talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll establish and maintain applicant sources for hourly positions through various recruitment networks, including college relations and career fairs. Your expertise in recruitment and HR practices will ensure compliance with hiring regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. To establish applicant sources for hourly positions by developing and maintaining various recruitment networks via college relations programs, recruitment advertising, career fairs, professional organizations, and referral programs. To maintain hiring and selection records in compliance with external and internal requirements.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of recruitment, related human resources, or FedEx operations management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay will be determined by experience, market level, location, and other factors. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $7,882.48 - $10,444.29
