Job description

To establish applicant sources for hourly positions by developing and maintaining various recruitment networks via college relations programs, recruitment advertising, career fairs, professional organizations, and referral programs. To maintain hiring and selection records in compliance with external and internal requirements.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of recruitment, related human resources, or FedEx operations management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and general human resources practices.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking systems required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay will be determined by experience, market level, location, and other factors. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $7,882.48 - $10,444.29
