Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies that support organizational growth and success. Leads full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, develops talent pipelines, and ensures a positive and seamless candidate experience. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to remain educated on industry standards and competition.

  • Partner with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs and crafts tailored hiring strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Use talent insights, technology and data to influence decision-making and optimize recruiting processes.
  • Champion our employer brand by delivering a compelling candidate experience.
  • Actively engage hiring leaders to determine job functionality, preferred recruitment strategy, and provide regular feedback to leaders regarding recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with P&C Business Partners, Total Rewards, and Operations to ensure cohesive talent planning.
  • Collect, analyze and report on TA KPIs and trends, including candidate feedback from hiring managers and interviewers, to continuously refine and improve the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and maintain a network of industry professionals to enhance our talent outreach efforts for current and future requisitions.
  • Interpret and leverage pre-employment assessments to inform hiring decisions, and coach leaders on how to apply results effectively in the selection process.
  • Manage the internship program, ensuring smooth execution across recruiting, orientation, project alignment, and evaluation processes.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of Sales recruitment is required.
  • Experience in healthcare or life science industry is preferred.
  • Proven success building trusting relationships, advising leaders as a strategic partner.
  • Exposure to HR transformation initiatives or systems implementations.
  • Ability to adopt BioTissue’s Core Values and prioritize teamwork to work with colleagues on initiatives that may be outside of the essential duties and responsibilities of the role.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Experience using recruitment data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated advanced capabilities with various technology talent platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, HRIS, etc.).
  • Passion for creating equitable hiring practices.
  • Experience utilizing pre-employment assessments (Predictive Index, etc.).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to hiring.
  • Bachelor’s in a Human Resources or related field is required.
