1. Overall 8+ years of experience in Tableau
2. Deliver complex Tableau dashboards by executing the end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, specification documentation, model architecture and development, dashboard prototyping and development, data catalog integration, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and optimizations and enhancements
3. Understanding and translating business requirements into dashboard design
4. Apply best practices when it comes to UI as well as performance of the dashboard
5. Advanced SQL proficiency
6. Experience with Snowflake database
7. Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand requirements across wide-ranging audiences
8. Key contributor to Tableau Center of Excellence program
9. Incorporate data privacy and security
10. Experience working with Figma/Miro for dashboard prototyping
11. Participate as part of an agile team
