  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labor market insights, recruiting recommendations, and interview best practices.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance, pipeline health, and key recruiting KPIs.
  • Partner with Employer Brand to support targeted recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external recruiting partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support strategic talent initiatives including technical trades, military recruiting, early career talent, and workforce development programs.

Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Manufacturing Operations and serves as the strategic recruiting partner for an assigned manufacturing Business Units. Based in Chicago, this role leads hourly recruitment initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations while partnering with HR, Operations, and business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies that support business objectives.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
