Automation, AI & Operational Excellence

  • Develop automations, workflows, and integrations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs, Python, and similar technologies.
  • Administer approved AI platforms and implement appropriate security, governance, and data protection controls.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, runbooks, diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning and testing.

Vendor & Technology Management

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT team members and external service providers.
  • Lead technical initiatives and coordinate work across internal stakeholders, vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.
  • Participate in platform evaluations, vendor selection, and technology lifecycle decisions.
  • Help establish technical standards, operational processes, and priorities for NOBULL’s infrastructure and security environment.
  • Serve as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure, security, identity, endpoint, and enterprise application issues.
  • Contribute to the continued maturity of NOBULL's technology operations and evolution of the IT function.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the individual may be required to perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.
