What You Will Do
- Contribute and collaborate in a team environment, receiving inputs from the program, external customers, or team experts, and work on various projects, as you determine, develop, and implement analytic approaches that will generate the supporting data to inform programmatic decisions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of model‑based solutions to support mission trade studies using mission and engagement level simulations to ensure they meet defined requirements and performance.
- Develop and integrate variable‑fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system‑of‑systems effects in complex threat environments.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment.
- Evaluate end‑to‑end system needs to discover system interfaces and data connectivity requirements across the kill‑chain.
- Model system and mission kill chains with tools such as Government, Commercial, and Raytheon simulations.
- Develop metrics and results products that communicate the chain of events that led to an action.
- Implement algorithms to provide next‑generation performance across the entire system of systems.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, Shell, and/or Perl.
- Experience with Government/Industry Modeling and Simulation tools including AFSIM, OneSAF, Brawler, Systems Tool Kit (STK) or similar.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with software development, object‑oriented design, C/C++ and/or Java in either Unix or Linux operating environments.
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Mission Areas such as Space, Air, Land, or systems such as radar, electro‑optical, and infrared sensing systems.
- Experience providing briefs and/or presentations to internal or external stakeholders/customers.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with Military Operations Analysis, Modeling & Simulation and/or data analysis & visualization.
