Job Summary

Lead a team of engineers dedicated to Vision & Driver Assistance systems, overseeing the full lifecycle of a product portfolio and managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge technology.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. System Design and Development
    • Gather and analyze system requirements with stakeholders, ensuring safety and compliance.
    • Translate requirements into system architecture and implementation plans, considering reuse, modularity, and maintainability.
    • Collaborate with project teams for design implementation, ensuring timely delivery according to process standards.
    • Analyze test results and implement corrective actions for full lifecycle management.
  2. Engineering Leadership
    • Facilitate communication among engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
    • Identify industry trends and propose improvements.
    • Organize functions, tools, and processes to meet objectives.
    • Plan and monitor work progress, adjusting as necessary.
    • Promote a positive work environment, employee engagement, and skill development.
    • Develop relationships with business units to foster growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage budgets, provide management reports, and ensure team competency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in automotive engineering, preferably in Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Experience with vision and driver assistance products, electronic controls, and safety standards (ISO26262, SOTIF preferred).
  • Proven leadership in global matrix organizations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
  • Up to 20% travel, domestic and international.
