Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Test Director to manage end-to-end integration for U.S. government contracts. You will develop and execute test events, plan and perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system operates to specification.

The Systems Engineering and Test Center, Effectors, is seeking a Test Director to manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle for U.S. government contracts. What You Will Do:

What You Will Learn:
  • Manage system lab and field testing and provide reliable data to the program leadership team enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.
  • Communicate with many levels of program, and other contractors and works to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Ability to become certified in explosives handling for 1.1 products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
