Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Test Director to manage end-to-end integration for U.S. government contracts. You will develop and execute test events, plan and perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system operates to specification.

The role requires an Interim Secret security clearance. Up to 10% travel may be required for field test execution and customer liaison. RTX offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Systems Integration, test planning and/or test execution.
• Experience with test related reviews (CTS, TRR & ESRB’s).

What You Will Do:

• Manage system lab and field testing and provide reliable data to the program leadership team enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.
• Communicate with many levels of program, and other contractors and works to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications You Must Have:

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
