RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Section Responsible Systems Engineer to lead requirements, verification, and program tasks onsite. You will mentor team members and collaborate with the Chief Engineer and IPTLs to ensure rigorous testing and validation across subsystems.
The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with preferred DoD-focused background and experience in DOORS, Cameo, and CPDM. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required.
Position: Senior Systems Engineer – Section Responsible Systems Engineer, located in Tucson, AZ. This role is fully onsite and requires an active, transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret). U.S. citizenship is required.
The salary range for this role is $86,800 - $165,200 USD. The range is a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
