In this role, you will design, implement, and manage highly complex aviation systems that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across next‑generation flight technologies.

Honeywell Anthem is a cloud‑connected integrated cockpit system that supports connectivity, navigation, surveillance, and a flexible software platform for various aircraft types.

Key Responsibilities

• Avionics or embedded systems development and requirement definition.
• Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects.
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally.
• Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational.
• Test and integration on test benches in labs.
• System verification and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 3 or more years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership within Flight Management or Flight Guidance systems.
• 3 or more years of experience establishing technical expertise in advanced systems engineering, including system integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and use of project management tools and methodologies.
