Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to deliver Windows server and AD support, PKI/Sso expertise, and automation across on-prem and cloud platforms. The role emphasizes security, scripting, and IT operations excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot, document, and optimize infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance our IT strategy and enterprise monitoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7 years+ Systems Engineering experience.
• Microsoft Certifications – MCSE 2012r2 or above huge plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• SME level experience with PKI infrastructure – public and private PKI.
• SME level experience with SSO – Okta mandatory.
• Power Shell Scripting level 5 or above; other scripting languages a plus.
• Experience supporting Mobility a huge plus.
• Familiarity with Commvault, Netscaler, etc. is a huge plus.
• Experience with Exchange 2012+ and Exchange Online, O365 Azure a plus.
• Familiar with project management methodologies.
• Experience with Azure and AWS (to include O365).
• Familiar with IT Infrastructure Security principles and best practices.
• Familiar with DevOps best practices a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Root cause analysis for production outages as required.
• Engineering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Sites and services.
• Engineering VMware and AHV leveraging Terraform and Ansible.
• Research and build towards Industry security hardening best practices.
• Adhere to IT access-management and change control procedures.
• Receive and respond to escalations.
• Build towards Automation and Self-Service.
• Collaborate with team members and support IT strategy in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Stay abreast of industry risk management techniques and integrate new methods.
• Engineering support for Exchange, Azure, Proofpoint, Box, Logic Monitor, Okta SSO and MFA.
• Engineering support for enterprise monitoring.
• Design, document, build, test, deploy new or existing solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

This Position Has Responsibility And Authority

• Create, troubleshoot, and support PowerShell scripts
• Engineering Support of Windows server platform to include Virtual server provisioning

Qualifications

• Base Salary Range Region 1:$180,400 - $259,600
• Base Salary Range Region 2: $153,300 - $220,700

• Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
