  • Develop, maintain, and enforce IT infrastructure policies, standards, and operational procedures in alignment with internal governance requirements.
  • Lead audit readiness and response activities, including evidence collection, remediation planning, and follow‑up for HQ‑led and internal IT audits.
  • Lead and execute end‑to‑end infrastructure projects including Exchange upgrades, patch management, archiving, offsite backup management, and ITSM tool implementations.

  • Hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere and enterprise server platforms such as Cisco UCS or equivalent; experience with VxRail and VDI environments is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure services (Exchange, MSSQL, etc. preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Linux server administration in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Avamar, Data Domain).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix and/or Elastic Stack.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including access control, license management, and basic security configurations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills in a global environment.
Benefits
  • Top‑tier health insurance at no employee cost.
  • Paid day offs: PTO + Company Holidays + Happy Fridays.
  • Paid Parental Leave Program.
  • 401(k) Matching.
