Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a DevSecOps / Platform Lead to drive CI/CD, containers, IaC, automation, security gating, and platform engineering for JPES/JCRM. You will lead pipeline architecture, container practices, IaC automation, and release processes while coordinating with diverse teams to ensure observability and recoverability.

The role requires 8+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps and US citizenship with required security eligibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps/platform engineering.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Kubernetes and containerization expertise.
• Infrastructure as Code and cloud platforms.
• Automation and scripting capabilities.

Required

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• 8+ years DevOps/DevSecOps/platform-engineering experience.
• CI/CD pipeline engineering.

• Infrastructure as Code.

• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Salary range $130,000-$160,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
