• Ability to serve as and have expertise as a high-level, technical resource to IT staff and experience performing needs analysis, project planning, and resource scheduling.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including the ability to articulate user needs in technical and non-technical terms.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field.
• Four years of related professional experience may substitute for the required degree.
• Seven years of direct hands-on experience with installing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise systems in a large, multi-user. multi-application environment.
• Significant experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and principles.
• Experience with physical and virtual server environments, including Windows, RedHat Linux, VMWare, 0365, and Cloud.
