Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Gather system requirements from users and business owners.
2. Translate requirements into detailed documentation.
3. Ensure business rules are clearly defined through workflow diagrams.
4. Document business needs and validate limitations or risks.
5. Lead elicitation sessions and manage resource planning and estimation.
6. Adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

1. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Casino Gaming and Hospitality domain knowledge is a plus.
3. Ability to draw process flows in MS Visio.
4. Experience with MS SQL Server.
5. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management tools.
6. Scrum master experience is a plus.
7. Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
8. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
