Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Senior level Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote contract position in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.

Responsibilities

• Work on RxCLAIM/Claim Adjudication enhancement projects involving changes to Claim Processing logic and integration with downstream applications.
• Maintain existing systems, document current system flow and business logic, develop new systems/solutions, and perform major enhancements using SYNON (COOL 2E), COBOL400, and other relevant technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues diligently and code with minimal guidance to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in SYNON/COOL 2E and experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applications.
• 5-8 years of experience with SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, DB2/400.
• Experience with RALLY or JIRA for requirement management.
• Knowledge of UA Healthcare and PBM domain.
