International Motors, LLC is seeking a Support Engineer to help roll out and stabilize the Workshop Suite (tWS), TRATON's cloud- and web-based aftersales platform, across a global service network. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and support workshop IT, infrastructure, and connectivity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers, testers, and markets, as well as analyzing logs and vehicle data to resolve complex cases.

Position Overview

Do you want to play a key role in supporting the rollout of TRATON’s next-generation digital tools for service workshops worldwide? We are now looking for a Support Engineer to join our team – supporting the launch, stability, and success of the Workshop Suite (tWS), our new cloud- and web-based aftersales platform.

About the Team

The Vehicle Service Information domain provides tools, information, and IT support to the global service network for each brand within TRATON. This includes everything needed to perform repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, rebuilds, software updates, campaigns, and spare parts sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for reported issues and deviations

Minimum Requirements
