Job description

Our client is seeking a Sr Support Engineer specializing in MS Teams to join their team. As a Sr Support Engineer, you will support users in their transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support for MS Teams functionalities and features.
  2. Assist with configuration and personalization of Teams settings.
  3. Support Microsoft Teams rooms and webinars for seamless connectivity.
  4. Guide users transitioning from Zoom to Teams, including training and troubleshooting.
  5. Create user documentation and training materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in IT support focusing on Microsoft Teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and M365 technologies.
  • Experience with Zoom and user transition to Teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid work schedule with flexibility for Asia business hours.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Teams and Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in user training and education on new technologies.
Additional Information

This role offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility, opportunities to develop skills in Microsoft Teams, and the chance to contribute to user training and support initiatives. The position is based in NY, NY, with onsite work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
