Federal Express Corporation is seeking a lead for supply chain solutions to manage projects that enhance customer value. This role will involve designing and implementing strategies while mentoring team members, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and effective project management. The position permits remote work but prefers candidates near major metropolitan areas.
Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative business or a related field.
At least five (5) years of business experience in a supply chain-related field, including designing, maintaining, and implementing solutions to complex business situations. An advanced degree may offset experience requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects, present solutions effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation skills. Proficiency with business software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. Embraces continuous learning and improvement.
Experience managing multiple customer projects and meeting deadlines. Supply Chain, E-commerce, Engineering, or FedEx Sales experience preferred. Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets, and ability to develop and present solutions to customers, sales, and leadership. Skills in Project Management and Engineering are a plus.
This salary range is an estimate for all potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Additional compensation and benefits are available.
U.S.: $7,094.23-$12,533.14/month; Charlotte: $7,488.36-$9,922.07; Miami: $7,882.48-$10,444.28; Los Angeles: $9,064.85-$12,010.93; Chicago: $8,670.73-$11,488.71; Atlanta: $7,488.36-$9,922.07.
