The Network Design Leader will be responsible for designing network operating plans (new routes!) and communicating those plans across internal teams. They will also assist in creating long-term strategic recommendations for fleet, gateway, hub, and sortation needs. Through data analysis, modeling, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and industry research you will work towards developing an optimal Amazon Air flight schedule maximizing asset utilization across both air and ground asset while achieving multi-faceted business objectives.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
