Join Amazon's North America Delivery (AMZL) organization as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our delivery network. In this high-visibility role, you will own end-to-end network capacity planning, strategy, and logistics optimization driving the design and continuous improvement of how millions of packages flow from thousands of vendors to tens of millions of customers across urban and rural North America.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will develop holistic, long-term transportation network strategies that optimize for cost, coverage, speed, and customer experience. You will lead mid-to-long-term topology planning including site selection, site approval processes, build plan management, and optimization engine improvements for Amazon delivery station planning. Your work will directly shape the physical flow of goods within our supply chain network and contribute to our commitment to being the most customer-centric company on earth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Outbound Transportation, Real Estate, Engineering, Launch, Finance, Sales & Operations Planning, Product, and Technology. Leveraging your analytical expertise, you will perform complex network analytics, identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency. You will communicate strategic designs and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and influence organizations across retail, transportation operations, and technology to gain alignment and overcome resistance.
