Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager for DC Supply Chain Execution to lead the development and delivery of solutions that scale our Distribution Center networks.

You will own the roadmap for under-the-roof DC processes and drive improvements to inventory availability and fulfillment costs. You will influence senior leadership with data-driven insights, work across functional teams, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver end-to-end supply chain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Are you excited about building the supply chain of the future? We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who is a thought leader building our supply chain solutions to build and scale our Distribution Center networks to enhance speed to market, improve availability and drive down fulfillment costs. The Supply Chain Manager identifies needs in under-the-roof DC processes and tools, and owns the roadmap and delivery of workstreams that enable Amazon to spread selection across multiple store formats while reducing inventory and improving in‑stock through our DC network. Our DC Product & Analytics team mission is to enable launching, execution, and scaling of our Distribution Center network through tech and analytics capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
