Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Identify and apply industry best practices to develop practical business solutions
• Collaborate with business process leaders to define and document essential business requirements
• Perform gap analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications
• Provide comprehensive training across all organizational levels to ensure user confidence and system adoption
• Facilitate conference room pilots and address any issues to ensure a smooth system go-live
• Support clients with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (3.2+ GPA)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant
• Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
