What to Expect

• Lead the development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts across all product categories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust forecasts based on promotions and market changes

• Analyze demand and usage data to prepare reports on forecast accuracy and inventory performance

What is Required

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain process design
• Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
