A leading aerospace company is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Leader to manage supplier delivery performance and improve operations. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, driving problem-solving, and ensuring commitments are met. The position is remote with some travel required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Own delivery performance down to the part number level with assigned suppliers within total partlead time.
Establish continuous operating rhythm with assigned suppliers to understand status and healthof delivery commitments through supplier WIP.
Utilize various digital tools to analyze supply vs. demand & drive problem solving to close gaps.
Manage large amount of information and data to make actionable insights andeffectively communicate across internal and external stakeholders.
Define and improve Supplier Delivery strategies at business or plant level.
Develop in-depth knowledge of supplier manufacturing operations to help inform decision making and problem solving.
Collaborate with support functions such as quality, engineering, commercial & compliance to support the business.
Explain complex information to internal & external stakeholders in a straightforward manner.
Manage project plans to support Safety, Quality, Delivery & Costs.
Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills andanalytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of ownteam to arrive at decisions.
Define and improve Sourcing strategies to improve supplier performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Operations, Delivery/Fulfillment, Supplier Relations and/or Manufacturing Engineering)
4 years experience in Operations, Delivery/Fulfillment, Supplier Relations and/or Manufacturing Engineering

The base pay range for this position is 108,400.00 - 144,500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors,including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.This position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.This posting isexpected to close onJune 14, 2025.
