Join as a founding member of the Supply Chain team. To scale in relation to our exploding demand, the Sr. Supplier Development Engineer will work directly with our Director of Supply Chain in ramping up our production and building the team to do so. This Supplier Engineer will drive supplier development, NPI builds, production ramp-up, ongoing quality improvement, and capacity scaling. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of aerial systems with the desire and capability to take on new challenges in unfamiliar areas to help keep soldiers off the battlefield.
$154,000 - $215,500 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
