Job summary

Astemo Ltd. seeks an experienced supervisor to lead production operations in a high-speed manufacturing environment in Tarboro, NC.

The role requires directing cross-functional teams, ensuring KPI achievement, and driving continuous improvement across assembly lines. The ideal candidate has an associate degree with several years of production leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred candidates hold a 4-year degree and Six Sigma, plus familiarity with SAP

• Lead Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues.
• Support materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse and Shipping functions.
