Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Production/Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in San Marcos, TX. You will lead daily operations, coach hourly staff, and drive Lean initiatives to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials to resolve challenges, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staffing and performance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
  • An Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of related experience is acceptable
  • Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
