UC Santa Barbara is seeking a SKLD Crafts Trades Supervisor 2 to lead a skilled team across Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises. Based at the Santa Ynez Office Shop, you will coordinate daily operations, manage projects, and oversee turnover and maintenance scheduling for 4.3 million square feet of housing and facilities.

Salary Range: $115,440 – $139,600 per year (subject to final qualifications and experience).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Under the direction of the Director of Projects & Maintenance, the Sr Superintendent leads a team of skilled craft workers for Residential Operations, coordinating daily operations, training, and project management across the Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises (HDAE) portfolio, which includes residence halls, student apartments, and hospitality facilities.
At hiring, candidates must disclose any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years indicating misconduct, or any appeals of substantiated misconduct at a prior employer. Misconduct includes violations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, harassment, or discrimination policies as defined by the University.
